Western blot analysis was performed on membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of SH-SY5Y (Lane 1), MKN45 (Lane 2), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 3), MCF-7 (Lane 4) and tissue extracts of Mouse Brain (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-DAPK1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 702862, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:5000 dilution). A ~160 kDa band corresponding to DAPK1 was observed in relevant cell lines and tissue tested.
